Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders placed before 1:00 P.M. PST during store hours (10:00 A.M-6:00 P.M.) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be shipped the next work day.

When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer $55 flat rate shipping to Canada.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at theartofrobertsexton@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
